Q1 How do I know when my castle will arrive?

When taking your booking over the phone we will discuss your requirements then confirm them in writing by post the same day.We have never let a customer down as we understand how important your event is to you.

Q2 What is the time period?

The price we give you over the phone is the price per hire (6 hour slots) WE DO NOT HIRE ON AN HOURLY RATE.

Q3 What will I need on delivery?

Clear access to where the unit is to be installed and a clear area free from sharp objects and animal foul with no over hanging trees or bushes.

Q4 What's included in the price?

A quality clean bouncy castle,delivered an set up with weather proof leads and safety mats as standard.

Q5 Terms and Conditions?

You will recieve a copy of these with your booking details these are for your reference, The driver will also have a copy for you to sign on delivery.

Q6 Payment?

Payment is by cheque or cash on delivery, cheque payable to MB inflatables hire. If no payment is present then no delivery will take place.

Q7 What do I do if it's wet weather?

We do not charge if your delivery has to be cancelled due to continuous rain, If it is just a shower then we still deliver. We will contact you on day to advise you on what to do.
